I can't think of anything else I'd love more than that or a giant kitty... which I already have.

I think that maybe some kind of snake that shoots out venom that poisons the target would be nice.

Trouser snake?
Special Attack - deals 10-20 dmg, target foe has speed reduced to 10% and suffers emmotional mood swings for 9 months. When Hex ends, you (caster) pay support fees of 1k a month and get the offspring on every 3rd saturday.

Polar Bears, Pandas, Hyenas, Cheetahs, and Dogs would be easiest to implement with the current models.
In addition, I'd also like the following:
Gorillas, Horses, Elk, Ram, Flying Birds, Vulture, Eagle, Falcon, Parrot, Boa Constrictor, Python, Giant Sand Crab.
Maybe not all, but some would be nice. I thought dolphin and seal would be good aswell, but they'd be useless unless there was water around all the time, unless there was some special skill that allowed you to capture marine animals such as sea turtles so they could just float through air as if it were water or maybe not. Then maybe make one to specifically capture flying animals so you could have a choice of 1 of 3 different pets depending on your strategy and geography. If you were near water, you could take out your dolphin/whale/otter/sea turtle/lobster/kraken/giant squid/crab/seal, or if you're in the mountains have a flying animal to soar around past obstacles or something. I'm sure Anet will think of something to do about the problem, I'm only trying to help.

Ooh, thought of another one. A big nasty looking snapping turtle. It's for my necromancer, so I'm allowed bringing a thread back from the dead.

I'm not sure if I missed it earlier in the thread but I was very disappointed as an early ranger that I couldn't charm the rabbit I found high on a hill a bit away from the hubbub of ascalon village..
He's got big pointy teeth..!

Lol. Every one of my characters has beaten Glint. With henchies. Glint is not tough, you just need to interrupt.
Stick to animals, they're rangers, as in nature lovers. But give me my snapping turtle!
